appartment full of furniture for sale, Davao

    Am moving out for a bit and needing to sell all my furniture. have a two bedroom appartment full of furniture in Ma-a davao. two beds (one king and one double), bamboo chairs, lounge, a table with 4 chairs, television, new small refrigerator, aircon, all cooking appliances and plates, nice cofee table, cutlery etc etc etc. can even throw in a good nanny if you like.

    going cheap as a package, only condition is that its picked up around 25th october and a deposit is left until then, I wont consider it without a deposit or I can just see it falling through and end up losing everything from having to leave and no buyer.

    Hi stevenjm - Are you willing to sell only as a package, or can items be purchased individually?

    Hi Bob, we are trying to get rid of all as a package at this stage but it may come to the point over next few weeks that we we will sell individual items if no takers.

    Another option is if somebody is looking for an apartment, we can transfer lease which is 7k per month for 2 bedroom new apartment in Ma-a (purok 28) and they buy all and we leave it here fully furnished.

    basically i need to stay here till about 25th oct so will need to keep essentials till that day, it may turn into a bargain garage sale on that date if no package takers.
