I will be divorced in a few days and fear that if I walk away from my property (since the estranged wife does not keep her word and cooperate), I may have to walk away or file bankruptcy which will hurt my credit score tremendously.

Will my credit score or credit history be looked at should I apply for a fiancee' visa in the future?

    Thanks in advance!

No you credit score will never be looked at when you file the I129F. You will need proof of income and copies of tax returns. This site will give you all the info you need when you file.
